  3. Be objective. Personal opinions may differ from scientific evidence. Be professional, share only scientifically verified information.

  5. Use Official Materials. Always use and share verified sources from the official 4Life Europe website. In the Media Library you will find the “Product Profile” document, with everything you need to know about each product. Teach your team the importance of sharing verified information.
  6. Pay attention to differences between markets. 4Life operates in more than 25 markets worldwide and must comply with local regulations. For this reason, product information may vary between the U.S. and Europe. Make sure you use the appropriate material for your market.

  2. Do not buy products for qualifications. It is prohibited to purchase products in excess just to qualify for commissions, bonuses, or rank advancements.
  3. Set the right expectations. Income is earned based on effort. Maintain realistic expectations about income as a 4Life Affiliate, focusing on effort and growth. Avoid using terms like “passive income” or “residual income,” as they can create false expectations. Instead, communicate clearly and responsibly, using expressions like “additional income” or “supplemental income.”
  4. Market products as an Affiliate. As a Preferred Customer, you can freely buy and consume 4Life products, but if you want to resell them, you must enroll another Preferred Customer and change your status to Affiliate.
  5. Affiliate Regulations and Responsibilities: Learn about 4Life’s rules and procedures and communicate them to your team as part of best practices. In the Policies and Procedures document, you will find all the information necessary to build your business in compliance with current legislation. When inviting new Affiliates, ensure they understand the key points of the contract and their responsibilities.

  4. Use visual material. Use the 4Life Media Library to create attractive and professional posts. Check the useful links section below.

    You cannot relate a 4Life product to any disease or treatment or say that it cures or prevents diseases.
  • Why is the same claim about the same product allowed in the United States but not in Europe?
    Because current local regulations may vary by country and, in general, regulations on food supplements in Europe are stricter than in the U.S. For this reason, you must always use the official material of the European market in which you operate.
  • I am very satisfied with the earnings and benefits I generate as a 4Life Affiliate. Can I share this information with people I invite to the business?
    Avoid making income promises or showing checks when presenting 4Life. While it is normal to share your enthusiasm, this can create false expectations and legal repercussions for both you and 4Life.
    Statements about income, lifestyle, or earnings are not allowed without proper legal disclosure. Always check regulation 3.15 and the Income Disclosure Statement on 4life.com.
  • What status do I need to be able to sell 4Life products?
    To sell 4Life products, you must have Affiliate status.
    If you are a Preferred Customer you cannot sell 4Life products, but you can purchase them for personal use or share them with others through MyShop.
  • How can I sell online?
    MyShop is the main way for Affiliates and Preferred Customers to resell products and share them with others.
    Affiliates can sell 4Life products on an external website, as long as they comply with the company’s established regulations.
  • What do I need to do to sell 4Life products on an external website?
    To sell 4Life products on an external website, you must be an Affiliate, and it is mandatory to request prior authorization from the 4Life Compliance Department before publishing or managing any content on your external site, as stated in regulation 3.2.
  • What will happen if my external website does not receive authorization from 4Life?
    The Compliance Department team will ask you to make modifications to your website so that it complies with 4Life regulations.
  • Can I sell on Amazon?
    The sale of 4Life products by Affiliates on auction platforms such as eBay or through e-commerce sites like Amazon is strictly prohibited. However, under specific conditions, you may sell on external sites or promote our products on social media for sales purposes.
  • I no longer work with my external website nor do I manage it. Why am I being contacted to modify the content on it?
    The owner of an external 4Life site (e.g., external website, Facebook profile, or other channels) is responsible for the content.
    It is important to note that even if you did not create your page or profile, or have not worked on it for a while, as the owner of this external site, you are responsible for the content posted there.
    If you don’t know how to modify the content yourself, you can rely on our suggestions or contact an external IT professional of your choice.
  • What will happen to my external website or social media profile as a 4Life Affiliate if I decide to take a break and resign as an Affiliate?
    If you cancel your account, you must remove your external website and any content related to 4Life within 3 days. You cannot use 4Life trademarks or materials if your account is inactive, suspended, or cancelled, as it would be an intellectual property infringement.
